How we use your information
We do not use your personal data for any automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to help it function and to understand how visitors use the site. When you first visit, you will see a cookie banner asking for your consent before any non-essential cookies are set.
Essential cookies
These are necessary for the website to function correctly (for example, remembering your cookie preferences) and are set by our website hosting platform, GoDaddy. Essential cookies do not require your consent.

You can withdraw or change your cookie consent at any time by clearing your browser’s cookies for this site and revisiting, which will prompt the cookie banner again. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their settings; please note that doing so may affect how parts of the website function.

When you sign up to our newsletter using the form on our website, your name and email address are collected via HubSpot and stored in our CRM. We use this information to send you the newsletter and occasional related updates.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every newsletter email, or by contacting us directly using the details above. If you unsubscribe, we will stop sending you marketing emails, though we may retain a record that you previously opted out, to ensure we do not contact you again in error.

Our contact form asks for your name and email address so that we can respond to your enquiry or arrange a Discovery Call. This form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which helps prevent spam and automated abuse. Use of our contact form is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, as well as this policy.
Who we share your information with

These providers only process your data in accordance with our instructions and their own privacy and security obligations. We do not share your personal data with any other third party for their own marketing purposes, and we do not sell your data.
Some of these providers may process data on servers located outside the UK and European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent data transfer mechanisms recognised under UK data protection law.
